Safe Haven Autism Center International (SHACI) is a nonprofit Christian-based organization conceived in 2020, dedicated to creating a haven for children with autism and other disabilities, where they can flourish and reach their full potential.
Mindful of the fact that South Sudanese children and youth represent more than half of the population, yet they are in many ways the most disadvantaged. Children are naturally vulnerable because of their physical, mental, and emotional immaturity.
At SHACI, we believe that every child has the right to reach their full potential, regardless of their disabilities. Raising a child with autism is challenging because autism affects both the child and those around them.
